Session 3 Musical Theatre Intensive 1-3: Under the Big Top
with Various Instructors

Session 3:June 23-27, 2025
Send in the clowns! This high-energy musical theatre camp celebrates the excitement and spectacle of the circus. With musicals like The Greatest Showman, Pippin, and Seussical, bring the magic of the big top to life through singing, dancing, and bold character performances. Whether flying high like a trapeze artist, clowning around, or leading the spectacle as the ringmaster, this camp is all about embracing the thrill of the stage—because the show must go on!
These camps are geared towards students who want a faster paced "rehearsal & performance" experience. Classes will primarily focus on singing and dancing. Auditions may be held on the first day of camp at the discretion of the Teaching Artists.
***Camps run from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday unless otherwise specified. Students will be grouped by age. Students should come to camp with a sack lunch and two extra snacks. Please send students in clothes they can move in; no flip flops. Aftercare option available for $20/day until 5 PM. For the safety of all students, we have a closed classroom policy. Adults are not permitted to sit in on JT camps until our invited Open Sharing on the final day of camp.***
Session 3 Performance Camp: In the Jungle

This program is designed for rising 1st-8th graders. For rising Kindergarteners please register for Session 3 Kinderstars.
Session 3: June 23-27, 2025
The adventure begins in the heart of the wild as we celebrate our mainstage production of The Lion King Jr.! This camp brings the jungle to life through acting, movement, and music inspired by movies and musicals like The Lion King, Mufasa, and Madagascar. From roaring lions to dancing lemurs, explore the rhythms, stories, and characters that make the jungle an unforgettable stage. Whether trekking through the savanna, discovering hidden temples, or singing out in full voice, this is a wild adventure you won’t want to miss!

Session 4 Acting Academy 7-12: Production Crash Course

Grades 7-12
Session 4: July 7-11, 2025
In this intensive camp, students will take on all production roles to learn how to build a show from the ground up. They'll be actors, directors, designers, stage managers, marketers, and everything in between. Even sound engineers, you ask? Yes, even sound engineers. The course will culminate with a fully rehearsed and designed theatre piece, all created and performed on the final day of camp.

Session 4 Kinderstars: Wicked and Wonderful

This program is designed for rising Kindergartners who will be attending Kindergarten in the fall. For all other ages, please register for Session 4 Performance Camp.
Session 4: July 7-11, 2025
Look toward the western sky and voyage somewhere over the rainbow as we celebrate Wicked, the Broadway sensation and hit film! Follow the yellow brick road to a world of friendship, magic, and finding your true voice while singing, dancing, acting, and exploring the world of Oz through fine arts. From visiting the Emerald City to stepping into the shoes of Elphaba, Glinda, and the citizens of Oz, this journey will bring the music and magic of Wicked to life in more ways than one!

Session 5 Acting Academy 1-3: Iconic Illustrations

Session 5: July 14-18, 2025
From Diary of a Wimpy Kid to Peanuts, some of the most unforgettable characters started as simple sketches! This camp blends acting and art, bringing favorite illustrated stories to life through movement, voice, and imaginative play. Step into the world of beloved comic strip and storybook characters, exploring how drawings become characters full of personality. With an added art component, create original characters and act out their adventures, turning ideas from the page into playful performances!
These camps are geared towards students who want a faster paced "rehearsal & performance" experience. Classes will primarily emphasize acting, though other theatrical elements (playwriting, movement, auditioning, etc) may be included.
